We would love to run from the South East, however, in order to open up more groups we need:
1. A committed facilitator, we can offer training for anyone who would be interested.
2. A suitable facility.
You can attend a session to see how the session runs before committing. We do not encourage "Casual Enrollments" As it is important for the groups to develope a bond. This can only be accomplished properly with regular contact with each other. Also, our programs are very popular so we can't keep a spot for those who can not make a regular commitment.
As much as we would love to increase days/times of operation, it is just not possible at present. This would be more of a kindergarten program. We have very strict guidelines that need to be met in order to provide the sessions that we do. The department of education dictates the number of hours we can run and number of children that we can have in each session. If Allah wills we will be able to grow to meet the ever changing needs of the community. We have always wanted to stay a non-profit volunteer based organization. Increasing hours would require a new business model, government funding and greenly increased fees for our families.
The closes Playgroup to Hoppers Crossing is Burnside at present and that is full. If you are interested you could contact us and go on the waiting list or you could try our Newport Playgroup.
Our Islamic Early Years Program is specially designed for 3 and 4-year-olds, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for your child's first steps into Islamic education.

Playgroup is a program for 0-5 year olds and their female parent/Carer. This is a group for mums and children to gather int a warm, welcoming Islamic environment. These sessions are held 2 hours per week. The children play and mums get to meet, have a coffee and spend quality time with each other.
Islamic pre-school program is for children who are 3-4 years old. This is a play based program that runs 3 hours per week. Parents leave their children for this program. Mothers/carers are rosters to help one session per term. This builds the bond between your child's education and home. This program aims to prepare your child for school, we foster an Islamic learning environment that will set the foundation for a love of Allah and Islam. Each term we focus on a topic, through our the year the children learn about prophets in Islam 5 pillars in Islam, simple Sunnah's and Allah the Creator. We also introduce dua and short surah's and Arabic numbers and letters.
Children must be toilet trained.
